Health by the Numbers


If you’re like me, you hear your blood pressure/cholesterol/blood sugar levels are XX over XX and you’re like “huh? Is that good?”

Hence, concisely listed are the average healthy numbers for reference:

Blood Pressure – Less than 120/80 mmHg.
Overall Cholesterol – Under 200 mg/DL
HDL Cholesterol – 50 mg/dL or higher
Blood Sugar – 99 mg/dl or less
Triglycerides – Less than 150 mg/dL
Thyroid – Under 4.0 mIU/L
Body Mass Index – Between 18.5 and 24.9
